Tropical Mint Surprise!!

Great Tropical flavor with a hint of mint after every swallow!

This recipe calls for:

About 3 leaves of Raw Cabbage
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen peaches
about 6 fresh strawberries
small handful of cherries(for color)
1 sprig mint

Of course, make sure you blend your greens first.
Especially the cabbage, find it takes longer but with it being a very stiff leaf, it is worth the time.
After the cabbage is all blended, that's when I added the mint.
Add your fruit and blend until smooth!

I wasn't totally convinced that my choice of fruits was going to work well together.
To my surprise, they did. Even though the pineapple took center stage
you still got a hint of peach and strawberry. Of course, I questioned whether or not
I had used enough mint, but after the first big sip I knew it was perfect.
The mint is definitely a surprise, it's not until after you swallow and then breathe
that you get just a Hint of mint.
I hope you enjoy.
Buster and I enjoyed this on our morning trip to the park,
I may be crazy but I think the fresh air made it taste even better!
