Red Tropic with Protein


This had a great Pineapple flavor and smooth texture.


This recipe calls for:

2 cups red cabbage
2 cups Strawberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 peeled/cored apple
1/2 cup chopped tofu
splash of agave nectar

As always, I blend the cabbage first to make sure it is good and chopped.
Then just add your fruit, blend well, and enjoy!
